Eat well, sleep well, live well

I will eat well, sleep well, rest well and live well. 

I cannot, shall not and will not cry over this. It might seem like a loss now. But I know that I will have better things coming up. 

I will trust in God my Father. I will trust in the finished work of Jesus.
